At Inverhoy Analítica S.A.S. ("Inverhoy", "we") we value your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. 2. Data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide us when submitting the contact or access request form: full name and email address. We also collect limited technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through analytical cookies when you provide your consent.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to: (i) process your access request; (ii) send you information related to the platform; (iii) contact you through an authorised representative; (iv) improve the quality and functioning of the website. We do not use your data to make automated decisions with legal effects.

The service is not directed to persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we detect data from a minor, we will proceed to delete it.
